What days do you deliver on?

It can vary from postcode to postcode. Depending on your address the system will show you the days you can receive delivery based on the round you will be delivered to by. Please log in to your account select a product in the Daily Essentials shop and look at which days of the week you can set a regular weekly order on - these are your available delivery days.

Why is the online product list slightly different to the offline one?

This is because for online "Daily Essentials" items where we may get orders up to 9pm for next available day of delivery, we need to carry all these items in stock and this list gives us the best chance of having the right stock to meet your last-minute orders.

In respect of milk it is a pretty comprehensive list, but in other areas we have stuck with tried and tested products that we carry plenty of stock of. If you have suggestions for other items we should list then please let us know on the My Help & Support ticket function and we will look into it (bearing in mind it has to have a reasonable amount of demand and shelf life!).

Best of Local deliveries are picked and packed specifically to your order and this can only be done via an active online account. We do not offer produce from our Best of Local section of the website via offline ordering as we do not have the logistics capability to manage this, though we will from time to time run seasonal specials offline, including some elements of the Best of Local range

Where are the products made?

All the Creamline Dairies branded fresh 'white' (as opposed to flavoured) milk is processed and bottled in Eccles at our modern, purpose built dairy. Our dairy is STS accredited and has achieved Four Star status with Salford Environmental Health for Food hygiene standards. We are accredited suppliers to the NHS and numerous Councils and school authorities. You are in safe and experienced hands.

We are determined to give you the freshest, best milk in the UK and our proximity to our farms in Cheshire enables us to do this every day.

Our fruit & veg range mainly comes from Manchester’s Smithfield Market, where the quality and freshness of the produce, much of it destined for the very choosy restaurant trade, is excellent.

Best of Local is a selection of local suppliers, including meat produce from Little Pigs Butchers in Didsbury, whose suppliers include Gradons, based in Halifax Yorkshire and E & T Jackson & Sons based in Tabley Knutsford Cheshire.

Our other goods come from a range of other dairies and produce suppliers in the North West region (except for selected items, such as sugar and fruit juices, which come from further afield!)

Do you sell hampers online?

I am afraid we don’t offer our hamper savings scheme online, and you would have to maintain a separate offline account for this purpose and pay for it separately to your roundsperson as you currently do. Please discuss this with your local depot when setting up an online account so they can ensure you have a hamper account set up.
