Will my credit card details be safe?

All credit card processing and storage will be carried out by Sagepay, a fully PCI compliant and secure payment service. Creamline will not hold or process any details of your credit card for online payments.

Will my bank account details be safe?

This only applies to those customers who are using the legacy DD capability for "Daily Essentials" orders or the Lottery scheme only, as new customers and those customers wanting Best of Local orders need to use a credit or debit card based payment method to use the online service. Those details needed to process DD transactions are stored on a secure server with rigorous encryption and restricted access. All our software for processing DDs and paperless DD applications is fully accredited by our bank and BACS. You have additional protection from the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Will my personal details be safe?

They will be stored on a secure server with rigorous encryption and restricted access. They will only be used by Creamline for the purposes of offering you a first-class delivery service and collecting payment, and will not be provided to any third party except as required by law. Creamline Dairies is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner's Office.
