All you need to know for the festive period
We’re officially over halfway through the December, and it’s fair to say that preparations for the Christmas break are well underway! Here’s all the info you need to plan your Creamline deliveries over the festive period.
As we only work with local suppliers to provide the freshest of produce, there may be some selected dates over Christmas where products are not available for delivery:
- Our last delivery date for pre-Christmas Daily Essentials and Best of Local orders is Christmas Eve, Thursday 24th December.
- Following this, we’ll be delivering Daily Essentials deliveries on your usual delivery dates from Monday 28th Decemberonwards, with the exception of New Year’s Day, Friday 1st January
- After Christmas, we’ll be delivering Best of Local orders (excluding fish) on your usual delivery days on Wednesday 30th December, Thursday 31st December and Tuesday 5th January, with deliveries resuming as normal (including fish) from Wednesday 6th January.

As with all Best of Local orders, you can update your order until 9pm two days before your chosen delivery day normally and until 9pm on Friday for a Monday delivery. Daily Essentials orders can be placed and amended up until 9pm the day before your chosen delivery day.
If you have already received an email from us about a regular order being moved automatically, this move has taken place, so you don’t need to do anything.
If you currently have a Best of Local order booked for delivery on any of the dates we are not making deliveries, please log into your online account and select an alternative delivery date.

Christmas Eve – open from 8am until 2pm
Christmas Day & Boxing Day - closed
Sunday 27th December - open as normal, from 8am
Monday 28th December - open as normal, from 8am
Tuesday 29th December - open as normal, from 8am
Wednesday 30th December - open as normal, from 8am
New Year’s Eve – open from 8am until 2pm
New Year's Day - closed
Saturday 2nd January – open as usual, from 8am
