Oato's Creamy Porridge with Goji Berries, Almonds, and Blueberries Recipe

Method
Prepare the Oats:
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of Oato Barista Whole oat drink to a gentle boil.
Cook the Oats:
- Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats to the boiling oat drink.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for
about 5-7 minutes or until the oats are creamy and have absorbed most of the oat
drink.
Add Goji Berries and Almonds:
- Stir in 1/4 cup of goji berries and 1/4 cup of chopped
almonds.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the goji
berries are plump and the almonds are slightly softened.
Finish with Blueberries:
- Add 1/4 cup of blueberries.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, just until the
blueberries are warmed through.
Sweeten (Optional):
- If desired, stir in 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup.
- Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavours.
Serve:
- Transfer the creamy oats to a bowl.
- Top with a few extra blueberries, goji berries, and almonds
for garnish.
