We know that happy, healthy cows produce the tastiest milk. That’s why we work with our trusted farmers, who allow their cows to roam for at least 180 days a year. We’ve been serving our community for 80 years and are proud to champion local producers wherever possible. That’s why our milk is sourced within 35 miles of our dairy in Eccles and delivered to you bright and early by our friendly milkmen.
Glass-bottled goodness
We offer a range of our products in classic. Glass bottles help lock in the freshness we all know and love. Plus, they’re reusable, making them a more sustainable option compared to plastic cartons you’ll find in supermarkets.
We don’t stop at milk, though – we also stock a wide range of glass-bottled juices, soft drinks and dairy-free milk alternatives, sourced from local suppliers wherever possible. One of our most popular dairy-free alternatives is Oato oat drink, produced locally in Lancashire. A creamy, delicious alternative to cow’s milk, Oato is sourced from British oats, a low-impact crop.
Organic milk
If you’re looking to introduce more organic produce into your life this year, why not try our range of organic milks, available in whole, skimmed, and semi-skimmed? While we only work with high-quality farmers and producers operating to the “Farm Assured” standard, our organic milk farmers are members of the Organic Milk Suppliers Cooperative.
The level of care they show to their animals results in milk which is both flavourful and rich in nutrients like Vitamin D, proven to help with the absorption of sunlight in winter – something we’re all lacking at this time of year!
